1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Noob GT King ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, and portfolio services (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Apps, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Apps and must delete them immediately.

2. Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. As detailed in our Privacy Policy:

• We collect and process account registration data (specifically your username, email address, and password) to secure your account and manage gameplay features.
• We process basic user details (such as device models, game save states, high scores, and settings preferences) which are synchronized with your account to allow cross-device play.
• By using the Apps and registering an account, you consent to this data processing model as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Apps are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Apps (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Content and the Marks are provided in the Apps "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Apps may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

4. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You may not access or use the Apps for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of the Apps, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Apps to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Apps.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Apps designed to prevent or restrict access, or modify local files to alter gameplay integrity (e.g. inflating high scores).
• Use the Apps in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPS AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPS AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Apps or suspend service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Apps without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Apps.
