1. Introduction

Welcome to the mobile applications developed by Noob GT King. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how our mobile applications (collectively referred to as "the Apps") process information when you download, install, play, register, or use them.

2. Information Collection and Usage

Our Apps are designed with a transparency-first approach. We explicitly clarify the types of information we collect and process:

Account Registration Data (Personal Information)

To create an account and enable synchronized services across devices, we collect:

  • Username: A display name of your choice to identify you in leaderboards, profile screens, and multiplayer elements.
  • Email Address: Used for account verification, password resets, secure login, and responding to support tickets. We do not use your email for marketing unless you opt in, and we never sell it to third parties.
  • Password: Collected and encrypted using salted hashing protocols to secure your account credentials. We never store or view plain-text passwords.

Note: We do not collect or request other sensitive details like home addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photo galleries, payment card details, or physical locations.

User Details and App Progress

To ensure high-quality gameplay and performance, our Apps utilize and store:

  • Gameplay Progress: Saved level states, high scores, completed achievements, unlocked cards/items, and custom preferences (such as audio volume and theme toggles). This data is linked to your account and synced with our servers to allow cross-device play.
  • Device Attributes: Mobile device model, manufacturer, operating system version, and system language settings. We process this information to render layouts correctly.
  • Performance & Crash Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic metrics (such as crash logs and app launch times) to help us troubleshoot technical bugs.

3. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Apps may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) to facilitate advertisements, gameplay achievements, or basic analytics. These third-party providers may collect anonymous identifier tokens:

  • Google Play Services / Game Center: Used to sync high scores, handle cloud saves, and manage game achievements if you choose to sign in. Their data utilization is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
  • AdMob / Advertising Networks: If the App serves ads, AdMob may request anonymous advertising IDs (e.g., Google AD-ID or Apple IDFA) to serve relevant advertisements. You can restrict ad tracking via your device’s security settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and game saves are stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data during transmission. Passwords are securely hashed on our database. While we use robust safety measures, please keep your login credentials private to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account credentials and game data for as long as your account remains active. You can manage or delete your data at any time:

  • Delete Local Data: You can clear local files by going to your mobile device's settings, selecting the App, and selecting "Clear Cache" or "Clear Data".
  • Delete Account & Server Data: If you wish to delete your account and all associated cloud-synced gameplay data from our databases permanently, please contact us at [email protected], and we will process your deletion request.

6. Children's Privacy Policy

Our games and applications are built to be compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since account signups are restricted to users of age, we do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new legal requirements or adjustments in our apps. We will notify you of any revisions by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
